The Tiara Update - May 18, 2009
The Tiara has now entered its occupancy stage. Most of the owners have moved in and/or are preparing their units to move in. And, of course, there are owners who have their units for sale or lease. The Tiara, at present (2009) can be leased for a minimum of 30 days, and can also be leased three (3) times a year.
The Tiara resotration has captured its extraordinary ambience and majestic appearance. Our beautiful and awesome Marquis Restaurant & Lounge at the top served the perfect dinners this past Season, and the bar was opened for our convenience with h'odeuvres prepared to accompany the cocktails.
The beautiful pool and its surrounding decks andpal trees are enjoyed to the max. Sun and/or shade, whatever your preference.
The spas, library, card room are all completed and available for the residents' enjoyment. The billiard room will be completed shortly.
The very, very special Gazebo Restaurant by the ocean and pool is being built with a completion scheduled for October. Imagine, having breakfast and lunch poolside overlooking the ocean - sitting inside or outside on the Gazebo decks, reading your newspapers.......it is absolutely delightful.
Our competent and affable concierge available to greet you, answer your questions, assist you with information together with our valet service, security, and manned gate just add to the special luxury living of the Tiara.
Each unit has hurricane impact windows and marvelous views. And, the Tiara has always had the best beach. It is actually a brand new condominium complex now -- and its prices are so competitive to the new properties. It is such a terrific opportunity to own an oceanfront condo at these prices.
