If you are reading this, I welcome you to my website. The website to date has been mainly about the Tiara on Singer Island, known as the Crown Jewel of Singer Island. It is a 43-story, majestic high-rise, which has just gone through a major restoration. I am a resident of the Tiara and Singer Island, and needless to say, am extremely pleased and delighted to be living on this beautiful barrier Island with the Intracoastal as its westerly boundary and the magnificent ocean as its easterly boundary.

I have already written two articles about the Tiara for the website, but would like to now tell you about myself and explore with you the many wonderful facets of living on the Island and its immediate appeal and delightful attributes. I also intend to include pertinent articles and news related to real estate, its current market activity and overall economic perception of interest to buyers and sellers as well as anyone that enjoys the ongoing,interesting, and constant changes of the real estate market.

I am from the New England area, raised north of Boston, and resided in Boston after college. The exciting career of real estate became my second career; starting in Boston, and continuing here in Palm Beach County, Florida. I consider myself a Singer Island and waterfront specialist. I have watched this Island grow with condominium complexes, each having its own explicit aura, individuality, and special appeal; and the homes, offering direct intracoastal locations, as well as being situated on one of the canals. That's Singer Island, something for everyone! Water and beauty everywhere.

And, there will soon be more - the new Ocean Mall, the new Greenwise Publix, and the new changes to the Burnt Bridge and A1A. The Burnt Bridge is the small bridge just north of WaterGlades and the curve that takes us forward to PGA Blvd. PGA is our main east-west artery that has or leads us to Publix, dry cleaners, restaurants, medical services, theatres, Gardens Mall, top notch shopping and on and on........

My real estate sales record has included many oceanfront condos, golf course residences, apartment complexes, shopping centers, office buildings, and even assisting in the developental completion of subdivision houses preparing them for sale. I also do substantial leasing - sales and leasing go hand in hand. It is simply responding to a client's need. And, we can throw property managment in. Believe it or not, I do enjoy working.

Showing properties is one of a realtor's favorite part of being in real estate, but speaking for myself, getting to know your buyer and seller and doing whatever you can to successfully serve their need is the "icing on the cake". A satisfied client just "makes your day".
